We are a residential Wellness program providing outstanding clinical therapy, incredible academic individualized home schooling following the 8-4-4 and IGCE curriculum. At ICY WELL, teenagers have the opportunity to get back on track academically. If your son or daughter is out of control, failing school, rebellious, defiant, experimenting with drugs and illicit substances, or if you feel you are losing your child, ICY WELL will help get him back on track! ICY WELL is designed to work specifically with teens who have gotten off track in life, or who are lacking motivation in their education and their own future.
ICY WELL gives teens the opportunity to turn their life around by offering a fresh start, a quality education or college preparatory studies such as SAT and GRE, as well as sports and vocational training. ICY WELL also trains in music and art. ICY WELLL has a life skills and outdoor responsibility and adventure intervention to strengthen character.
Limiting our care to 40 teens allows our therapists and experience trained staffers to give more attention to each child. An individualized clinical therapy plan and focused care helps our students move to a better place mentally and emotionally in a much shorter period of time. Our residential treatment center also helps struggling teens find positive new ways to manage life’s obstacles and traumas that have strained their well-being and relationships in the past. We provide individual, group, family, and 12-step health therapy.
ICY WELL accepts students year-round and provides all levels of therapeutic care for troubled teen boys and girls, ages 12-22 with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral problems, and those who are experiencing future-impacting relational or emotional difficulties brought on by trauma. Students/youth who are experimenting with drugs and illicit substances;

Students/Youth from acute substance abuse rehabilitation centers who require aftercare services;

Students/Youth who have been suspended or expelled from normal schools for non-violent activities.

Students/Youth who have emotional and behavioral problems that limit their abilities to attend normal schools.

Students/Youth with depression, or other mood disorders.

Students/Youth with Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD or ADD, or learning disabilities.

Students/Youth who need stricter environments and healthier strategies for exploring their growth and development.

Students/Youth who have faced “academic failure” in mainstream educational settings and need strategies to help them succeed.

Students/Youth who need to be removed temporarily from their home or school environments, in which they are out of control through nonviolent behaviors.
